Revamped ‘Match Game’ Features Vulgarity, Random Racism, Trump Bashing
ABC’s new Match Game has gotten quite raunchy and crude, unlike last week’s show, which was tame in comparison. The celebrity panelists on that aired on April 16th were Horatio Sanz, Niecy Nash, Mario Cantone, Casey Wilson, Lamorne Morris and Martha Stewart. The tone was set when, during the introductions at the beginning of the show when the celebs hold up a card in greeting, Mario Cantone’s…
Chelsea Handler: Trump Suffers from Effects of Syphilis
Season Two of Netflix’s Chelsea began on April 14th with the first installation titled “I Had No Backup Plan Whatsoever.” As publicized in earlier interviews, she started the season off with an hour of Trump bashing. She wants to be a “loud voice of opposition” and that is exactly what she is, in a very crude, NSFW way. She even claims President Trump suffers from the effects of contracting…
WashPost Promotes 'A Chain of Celebratory Poetry' for Obama Dearest
We haven't finished the first 100 days of President Trump, but the Arts & Style section of Sunday's Washington Post publicized the mourning of sensitive liberal poets for the last president. The headline was "An ode to Obama: Haiku from writers working in pairs forges links in a chain of celebratory poetry."
The Harvard Review, a literary journal, is publishing a chain of over 200 poets (…
Media and the Left Create Laughably Wrong MOAB Cost Calamity
Shortly after the U.S. military dropped a MOAB (Mother Of All Bombs) on an ISIS tunnel complex in Nangahar Province in Afghanistan, the media began citing the alleged costs involved. The exaggerations, some by a factor of over 1,000, even after considering all of the mission's likely direct costs, were laughably wild, and resulted from a combination of sloppy thinking and ignorant reporting.
NBC: No More Flags at Ballpark, Please
Everything is political to the overly sensitive mind of today’s leftist. When the Atlanta Braves unfurled a gigantic flag for the playing of the national anthem, it prompted an ultra sensitive member of the partisan media and his Twitter followers to express a whole host of ridiculous claims.
CNN's Lemon Loses It On Trump-Martin Luther King Comparison
CNN's Don Lemon had yet another racially outraged episode on Thursday night when one of his panelis tried to defend himself. Lemon wanted to force fellow CNN employee Jeffrey Lord into an apology for comparing Donald Trump to Martin Luther King....in any way, shape or form. Lemon's outburst at Lord included "Don't take me back to some before the war crap!" and "I don't want to hear about…
CNN's Zakaria Slams Liberals for 'Trump Derangement Syndrome'
On Sunday's Fareed Zakaria GPS on CNN, host Zakaria began his show by admonishing liberals for reflexively opposing anything President Donald Trump does -- calling it "Trump Derangement Syndrome" -- as he responded to those who have attacked the CNN host for supporting Trump's airstrikes in Syria. As Zakaria recalled his own history of condemning Trump on many fronts, he warned liberals against…
MSNBC Warns Trump Border Wall's a 'Terrible Obstacle' for Birds, Bats!
Matt Vespa at Townhall reports that MSNBC found a new way to argue Trump's wall-building on the Mexican border is wrong. MSNBC host Craig Melvin brought on biologist and Animal Planet host Jeff Corwin, who worried out loud that constructing a wall coult hurt not only the Mexican gray wolf, but birds and even bats: “if this border wall happens, it would be an unprecedented environmental…
Play Ball, But Cover Left-Wing Protests: The NYT’s Sports Priorities
Earlier this month, New York Times Public Editor Liz Spayd criticized her paper for covering novelty stories at the expense of bread-and-butter game coverage. After talking about the tactics employed by the paper while covering the NCAA basketball tournament March Madness that focused on off-the-court stuff for a “sophisticated global audience,” a focus on international sports like soccer, and…
Nets Tout Liberal Tax Day Protests; Smeared Tea Party Events in 2009
On Saturday, the major broadcast networks dedicated airtime to the liberal Tax Day protests against President Trump as one network aired a crowd chanting “lock him up,” another refused to acknowledge the anti-Trump violence in California, and all of them declined to label the demonstrations. This coverage of April 15 protests by liberals stood in stark contrast to how ABC, CBS, and NBC dismissed…
Complex Sports: Little Progress on Race in 70 Years
It was highly unlikely that today’s recognition of Jackie Robinson Day by Major League Baseball could come off without some writer playing the race card and attacking President Donald Trump. Shakeia Taylor, writing on the Complex Sports blog, incredibly claims we actually haven’t progressed much on race since Robinson became the first Black major leaguer 70 years ago.
NPR Spreads Old Lie That Planned Parenthood Offers Mammograms
Two years ago, The Washington Post “Fact Checker” declared it was a “Three Pinocchios” lie to claim (or imply) Planned Parenthood offers mammograms. The most liberal news outlets still spread this untruth.
On Friday’s All Things Considered, NPR health policy correspondent Alison Kodjak was the offender as she reported on President Trump’s reversal of Barack Obama’s attempt to preserve Planned…
Hannity, Me and the Media’s Liberal Mania
Before this story recedes into the distant past of more than a couple weeks, let’s take one more look at that encounter on CBS between Fox’s Sean Hannity and Ted Koppel. And oh yes, my own version of the liberal mania coming at me, as William F. Buckley described it, with “lance cocked.”
