CNN's town hall with Democrat presidential candidate Kirsten Gillibrand of New York was crushed in the ratings by Fox News Channel on Tuesday night. Joe Concha at The Hill reported The Ingraham Angle drew 2.38 million viewers to win the hour, while CNN only had 491,000. That's almost five to one. It was a four-to-one shellacking in the coveted 25-54 demographic as well.

After the media failed to notice controversial Democratic Congresswoman Ihan Omar making offensive public comments two weeks ago in which she downplayed the September 11th terrorist attacks as “some people did something,” NBC’s Today show finally discovered the story on Thursday. The ABC and CBS morning shows continued to ignore Omar’s latest scandal, while NBC tried to paint her as a victim.  

MSNBC Morning Joe co-host Joe Scarborough would like viewers to know that he is not a fan of Attorney General William Barr. On Thursday's show, Scarborough launched into Barr for telling a Senate subcommittee that, "I think spying did occur" against the Trump campaign and he was going to look into it to make sure there was nothing nefarious going on.

Reacting to Rep. Ilhan Omar's description of 9/11 as "some people did some things," Joe Scarborough, on Morning Joe, says, that it's "so important for her to succeed." He and Mika Brzezinski express the wish that instead of tweeting criticism of her statement, Republican congressman Dan Crenshaw had spoken with Omar personally.
