Clinton’s Lawyers Send Second Letter to ABC Requesting ‘Path’ Be

I guess we all should have expected that mere changes to the story weren’t going to placate Team Clinton, for another letter was sent to ABC President and CEO Robert Iger on Friday, this one asking for “The Path to 9/11” be cancelled. For those that are interested, and can tolerate yet another example of extraordinary political hypocrisy, here it is:

Beat the Press: Harper's Tough Guy Approach Is Working

As badly as the American press leans leftward, the Canadian press is actually worse in its bias against things conservative. That's ironic since Canada's prime minister, Stephen Harper, is actually a conservative which has caused a good amount of friction with intolerant liberals up north.Facing an entire press corps as impartial as Keith Olbermann, Harper has had no choice but to play tough…

Media Shocker: NBC’s David Gregory Defends President George W. Bush

I’ve actually had to watch this segment several times, for it really is quite shocking. After careful analysis, it does indeed appear that NBC’s David Gregory, on HBO’s “Real Time” Friday night, actually defended President George W. Bush against continued personal attacks by host Bill Maher.(Update: Our good friend at GOP Video has cordially supplied us a video link of this segment.)As a special…

Bill Maher Suggests President Bush Has Down's Syndrome and Is 'Gruesom

Bill Maher on HBO’s “Real Time” Friday evening had some truly disgraceful things to say about America’s president that even at times seemed to shock and offend his typically liberal audience. In his seemingly habitual need to question Bush’s intelligence, Maher stated, with a picture of the president on the screen, “Amid all the 9/11 anniversary talk about what will keep us safe, let me suggest…

Now, the chairman of the Democratic National Committee, Howard Dean, is requesting that ABC reveal “who funded this $40 million dollar slanderous propaganda.” Of course, he’s talking about “The Path to 9/11.” What else?As reported by the left-wing blog Raw Story on Friday: "It's deeply disappointing that ABC would put something on the air…

Olbermann Skips Own Hypocrisy on The Reagans v 9/11 Movie, Castigates

MSNBC's Keith Olbermann, who in late 2003 devoted a fraction of the time to CBS's The Reagans movie as he has just this week to liberal complaints about ABC's The Path to 9/11 (he's led Countdown with it for two nights in a row), castigated MRC President Brent Bozell for supposed hypocrisy in criticizing The Reagans while not denouncing the new 9/11 movie. Naming Bozell his “Worst Person in the…

ABC & NBC Trumpet: In 'Stinging Rebuke,' a 'Central Argument' for Iraq

Friday's broadcast network evening newscasts delivered three different levels of priority to the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence's report which concluded there were no connections between Iraq and al-Qaeda, hardly fresh news. The CBS Evening News with Katie Couric didn't air a syllable about it , ABC's World News with Charles Gibson teased it and made it the newscast's second story (…

NB's Tim Graham on FNC with Neil Cavuto

NewsBusters Senior Editor Tim Graham appeared on Fox News' "Your World with Neil Cavuto" to discuss the Clinton team's efforts to censor ABC's upcoming docu-drama, "The Path to 9/11." Graham said the Clinton administration was acting like a "bunch of babies that can't handle criticism." Neil Cavuto asked whether the situation was similar to CBS' pulling of a Reagan movie after pressure from…
