The MRC’s archives, going back to 1988, show that Democrats always get a huge tailwind of good press coming out of their party conventions.

CBS used Earth Day 2019 to hype higher taxes as a way of fighting global warming. With the U.S./North Korea summit being conducted in Vietnam this week, CBS ended Tuesday’s edition of Evening News with a celebration of their efforts to help America lose the Vietnam War. Or as anchor Jeff Glor put it: it was “the realities of war, minus the fog.”

Week after week, the far-left Murphy Brown revival continues to plummet in the ratings for CBS. The most recent episode, airing December 13, featured the out-of-touch journalist characters longing for the days of only three networks when Walter Cronkite could turn public opinion against the war in Vietnam.

Tavis Smiley just wanted to remind viewers of all those Christian mass murderers. In 2010, seven years before he would be suspended for sexual misconduct allegations, the PBS host insisted that Christians go on murder sprees “every single day.” He bizarrely claimed the Columbine killers as an example of devout murderers. 

During Tuesday’s CBS Evening News, the network paid homage to their legendary broadcaster and former anchor Walter Cronkite on the 50-year anniversary of his liberal anti-war efforts during the Vietnam War. It was a celebration of the abandonment of journalistic objectivity and the rise of activist reporters no longer reporting the news but shaping it.
