On Friday's Velshi and Ruhle show, MSNBC co-hosts Ali Velshi and Stephanie Ruhle gave a forum to frequent MSNBC guest Kurt Bardella -- known for being a Republican who trashes his right-leaning former client Breitbart News -- so that he could discuss his decision to finally officially switch to the Democratic party.      

Appearing as a guest on Thursday's MSNBC Live with Stephanie Ruhle, The Atlantic editor-at-large and MSNBC contributor Steve Clemons actually made a veiled Adolf Hitler reference to attack Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu as well as President Donald Trump over the U.S. relocating its embassy to Jerusalem.  

During MSNBC’s Velshi & Ruhle on Friday, the liberal co-anchors were giddy at the prospect that former National Security Advisor Michael Flynn pleading guilty to making false statements to the FBI in the Russia investigation would bring the entire Republican legislative agenda to a “screeching halt.”

Liberal media outlets like The Washington Post and MSNBC gleefully seized on the dubious ranking as an exemplification of the Trump era.

Sometimes, the jokes and stories write themselves, folks. On Monday morning’s MSNBC Live, host Stephanie Ruhle turned to none other than fake news anchor Dan Rather to decry President Trump’s tweet calling for a “FAKE NEWS TROPHY” and smugly defend the news media as the one “red beating heart of freedom and democracy.”

On Tuesday, all three network morning shows fretted over the Justice Department filing a lawsuit to block a planned merger between telecommunications giants AT&T and Time Warner. Hosts and correspondents warned of “politics” being “at play” in the decision and touted how critics were “raising concerns about the motive behind the government’s legal challenge.”

As reports came in Monday morning of another woman claiming she was groped by Minnesota Senator Al Franken, MSNBC anchor Stephanie Ruhle seemed to downplay the new allegations against the Democratic lawmaker. She warned that judging Franken’s behavior too harshly would lead down a “slippery slope.”

While a number of liberal journalists and politicians have had the sudden revelation that they supported a “sexual predator” in the White House twenty plus years ago, some are having the exact opposite reaction. Worried about Senate Republicans adding repeal of the ObamaCare health insurance mandate to tax reform legislation, on Wednesday, MSNBC repeatedly claimed that the GOP had stepped on a “landmine” and awakened a “sleeping giant” by taking up the issue. The liberal journalists eagerly predicted that the move would get Democrats “fired up” in opposition. 

On Tuesday morning’s MSNBC Live with Stephanie Ruhle, the eponymous host brought on Washington Post columnist and MSNBC contributor Matt Miller to discuss a New York Times piece calling attention to the fact that a current nominee to the federal judiciary did not disclose that he is married to a lawyer who works for the White House Counsel’s Office. On Wednesday morning, MSNBC hosts Stephanie Ruhle and Ali Velshi not only gloated over the defeat of Virginia Republican Delegate Bob Marshall by transgender Democratic candidate Danica Roem, but Ruhle even declared that, when Democratic candidate Chris Hurst unseated another Republican incumbent who had been supported by the NRA, it was a "win for America."

On Friday, ABC’s Good Morning America touted a new ABC News/Washington Post poll claiming that a majority of Americans oppose the Republican tax plan that was announced on Thursday. The only problem was that the survey was conducted October 29 through November 1, meaning that any questions about tax reform were asked before the GOP actually released the legislative proposal.

On Sunday's NBC Nightly News, on display was the latest example of liberal journalists conspicuously ignoring accusations of sexual assault against President Bill Clinton even while going all the way back 26 years to include sexual harassment charges against Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas.
