Two of Rudy Giuliani's former aides turned on him with a vengeance on CNN's New Day on Tuesdayt morning. First up, former Rudy spox Ken Frydman. Commenting on Rudy being made a prosecution target in Fulton County, Georgia, Frydman said that Rudy's strategy is to "delay, delay, delay," and that: "At this point in his life, Rudy's goal is to die a free man."

On New Day, CNN counterterrorism analyst Phil Mudd claimed even the Top Secret clearances he had as a senior official at the FBI and CIA would not have permitted him to view the documents regarding nuclear weapons that allegedly were at Mar-a-Lago.  Mudd also twice referred to Mar-a-Lago, for purposes of deriding the security measures in place there, as a "beach house."
