Discussing the Trump indictment on Friday, Morning Joe had it all: from Al Sharpton glorying over the ability of a black man to indict a former president, to Jon Meacham making an analogy to the Forbidden Fruit in the Garden of Eden, to Joe Scarborough managing to work in a reference to "fascism."

The demands from our mainstream media and various Democrat politicians began almost as soon as the details of the Nashville shooting came clear. Some examples:

On CNN This Morning, discussing the Nashville school shooting, Don Lemon says: "let's um, talk about the thing that everyone is talking about. Everyone is thinking, but they don't want to talk about. And that is the identity of the shooter, okay? And it's a member of the LGBTQ  community. I think this is important to bring up."

When dealing with an alleged hate crime, most people are naturally concerned with the motive, but MSNBC Morning Joe host Joe Scarborough is not most people. Instead, he spent Tuesday’s show being more worried about GOP Christmas cards.

On Morning Joe, Joe Scarborough tells Trump supporters, "go to DeSantis," and then amends to "it could be anybody" in the GOP that's not against "the rule of law" like Trump.

On Tuesday, Morning Joe welcomed one of their old regulars back – “Oscar-winning screenwriter John Ridley” – who won for the movie 12 Years a Slave. They cued Ridley to denounce the House GOP for wanting to ask Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg questions if and when he indicts Donald Trump. Ridley said "we're not living on the plantation any more."

On Morning Joe, Joe Scarborough says that just like Jesus in the Elton John "Tower of Babel" song didn't help people in the Tower, Donald Trump won't help people violating the law while protesting his possible arrest in NYC.

On Morning Joe, accusing Donald Trump of hating America, Joe Scarborough tells him to leave and go to Russia.
