Just when you thought Bill Maher couldn’t say anything more offensive than he already has, he outdoes himself. On HBO’s Real Time Friday, the host during his opening monologue mocked World War II vets saying, “They're the greatest generation - nobody said they were the brightest generation” (video follows with transcript and commentary):

It's with good reason that Bill Maher's liberal politics don't prevent many conservatives from enjoying his comedy. They know it's just a matter of time before Maher notices that the emperor is strolling down the sidewalk shorn of attire, and Maher will mock him regardless of the target's political affiliation. HBO's Real Time is currently on vacation, but host Bill Maher is still finding ways to offend conservatives while sticking a foot in his mouth. On Saturday he tweeted, "Kudos to Barry for restoring constitution re war powers. Tea People shld luv it but of course wont cuz President Blackenstein did it":

It goes without saying that many conservatives think Bill Maher is one of the biggest losers on television. Such sentiments are truer than you think, for as The Wrap reported Monday, Maher is BY FAR the biggest loser in Emmy Award history.

On Monday, the perilously liberal Huffington Post put the following headline on its front page: 6 Famous Documentaries That Were Shockingly Full Of Sh*t   Unbelievably, one of the films totally lambasted in the piece was - wait for it! - Bill Maher's "Religulous" from 2008 (serious vulgarity alert):

Bill Maher has said some disgusting things about religion before. Possibly the most disgusting came on HBO’s Real Time Friday when the host actually said, “God in the Old Testament is a psychotic mass murderer” (video follows with transcript and commentary, file photo):
