MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell and her Thursday guests decried the fact that President Biden won’t be able to govern in the name of “health and science” now that his public transportation mask mandate being struck down in federal court.

“Scary,” “unqualified,” and “Florida.” Those were just some of the terms used by MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell and Dr. Peter Hotez on Tuesday as they reacted to the airplane mask mandate being struck down by a federal Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle.

MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell just can’t quit pandemic restrictions. On her Friday show on MSNBC, Mitchell declared that airplane mask mandates should remain, not because of any scientific reason, but because they make her feel more comfortable.

On her MSNBC show early Wednesday afternoon, host Andrea Mitchell hoped that the war in Ukraine “at least is helping the Democrats” politically heading into the midterm elections. After hosting her own show on Wednesday, MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell ventured over to MTP Daily to continue in the media’s newest tradition of acting like historically high gas prices are solely due to Vladimir Putin’s decision to wage war on Ukraine. Not only did Mitchell defend that talking point, she hailed it as “a great way to message it.”

MSNBC’s Morning Joe decided on Wednesday to engage in comically dumb wishcasting about President Biden’s State of the Union address, insisting Tuesday’s speech was “brilliant,” “rallying,” a “return to normalcy” and “very unifying” as it showcased “the expanse of his personality in full blossom” and why Biden was made for this moment amid Russia’s war.

NBC News was finally in tune with most of America Tuesday night after President Biden’s State of the Union address left them feeling unsure about the fate of Ukraine and confused by some of what was said on the House floor.
