During a fawning interview with former Clinton Secretary of State Madeleine Albright on Tuesday, MSNBC anchor Andrea Mitchell touted her guest’s new memoir and thanked the “predictably wonderful” Democrat for spending much of the segment trashing President Trump. At one point in the interview, Albright claimed “the Statue of Liberty is weeping.”  

Paul Bedard of the Washington Examiner pointed out the DNC war room's latest press release on Saturday's White House press briefing listed 23 tweets from "prominent reporters from the New York Times, CNN, MSNBC, NPR, Al-Jazeera, Washington Post, Huffington Post, and others."

Amidst the backdrop of the U.S. government looking into whether the coronavirus originated in a Wuhan lab and China revising its official death count, MSNBC's Jeremy Bash joined Andrea Mitchell on her Friday show to urge the administration to stop scapegoating and denigrating China with "xenophobic rhetoric."

On her 12:00 p.m. ET hour show on Monday, MSNBC anchor Andrea Mitchell rushed to defend PBS NewsHour correspondent Yamiche Alcindor’s hostile questioning of President Trump during Sunday evening’s Coronavirus Task Force briefing. Mitchell condemned the President’s “unsettling” push-back against the liberal reporter and hailed Alcindor as “dignified and persistent.”

During her 12:00 p.m. ET hour show on Wednesday, MSNBC anchor Andrea Mitchell revealed her greatest fear amid the coronavirus pandemic – Donald Trump’s approval ratings going up. She fretted over likely Democratic nominee Joe Biden “having difficulty” getting his message out during the crisis and support for the President “skyrocketing.”

Earlier this week, Democrats sabotaged Senate efforts to pass COVID-19 relief measures by demanding that their unrelated legislative pet projects be included in any bill. On Monday, MSNBC's Andrea Mitchell has discovered the true villain of this story: Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell for daring to point it out.

During a live interview with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Tuesday, MSNBC anchor Andrea Mitchell lobbed one softball after another, refusing to press the Democratic leader on playing politics with coronavirus relief legislation. Instead, Mitchell repeatedly encouraged Pelosi to dictate terms of the aid package and attack President Trump.

After NBC actually called out Democrats for holding up the coronavirus relief bill Monday morning, its sister network instead, went to absurd lengths to defend Democrats refusing to give aid to hurting American families. After Friday's White House coronavirus press conference, Andrea Mitchell and MSNBC national security analyst Jeremy Bash decried alleged instances of race-baiting and xenophobia from President Trump and Secretary of State Pompeo and claimed it was they who were provoking international tensions during a time when the world should be coming together.  

Hulu's new docuseries Hillary was released on March 6; a four-episode, four-hour slog that went back and forth between the 2016 campaign and Hillary Clinton's life from childhood. Although rewatching her 2016 concession speech and crying supporters was a highlight, this being a show about the Clintons, the series was filled with lowlights.
