June 15th, 2018 12:52 PM
Democrats love protecting children and invoking a higher power, but only when it benefits them politically. On All In with Chris Hayes Thursday, former U.S. Senator Barbara Boxer cited religion, sin, and children to blast the Trump administration’s immigration policy.
NYT: Pence Bad to Meet With Christians, Trump Bad Not to Meet Muslims
June 15th, 2018 10:58 AM
Should the Trump administration interact with religious leaders? It depends. New York Times' Catie Edmondson went hard against Trump’s supposed anti-Muslim (as opposed to anti-Islamic terrorism) animus in “As Trump Woos Middle Eastern Leaders, Muslim Americans Feel Scorned.” Yet the Times also criticized the Trump administration for meeting with Christians.

June 12th, 2018 5:42 PM
As Ohio Republican Congressman Jim Jordan appeared as a guest on Tuesday's MSNBC Live, fill-in host Kasie Hunt repeatedly pressed her GOP guest on whether his conservative agenda on immigration reform was consistent with "christianity" -- a religion-based angle one would not hear a Democrat being pressed on by journalists on issues like, say, abortion.
NYT's Convenient Deference to Pope to Push Left-Wing Climate Advocacy
June 11th, 2018 6:41 PM
More strange new respect for religion -- or at least religious figures who advocate left-wing issues – in Sunday’s New York Times. Elisabetta Povoledo reported from Rome on Pope Francis’s “climate change” crusade and his lecture of corporations in “Pope Urges Oil Executives to Act on Climate: ‘There Is No Time to Lose.’” (Christian conservative opponents of gay marriage and abortion still…

June 5th, 2018 3:59 PM
File this one in the “when did you stop beating your wife” category. Time magazine’s website on Tuesday offered a very slanted headline about the Supreme Court’s decision on Monday in a religious liberty case. Regarding a man who did not want to make a cake for a gay marriage, Time.com blared: “Colorado Bakery Owner Insists He's Not Biased Despite Going to Supreme Court Over Cake for Gay Couple…

June 5th, 2018 12:29 PM
On Tuesday, NBC’s Today show was the only network morning show to interview Colorado baker Jack Phillips, the Christian business owner at the center of Monday’s Supreme Court ruling in favor of his refusal to create a wedding cake for a gay couple, in violation of his religious convictions. While the broadcast deserves credit for giving Phillips and his attorney a platform to discuss the case,…

ABC, NBC Celebrate ‘Limited’ Scope of SCOTUS Religious Freedom Ruling
June 4th, 2018 9:53 PM
The highest court in the land sided with Phillips because the Colorado Civil Rights Commission subjected him to what could be argued was anti-religious bigotry. But despite the historic nature of the ruling, broadcast network news outlets ABC and NBC were more relieved that the ruling had a “limited” scope and seemingly only applied to this one case.
HuffPost: Christians Need to ‘Repent’ for Anti-LGBT ‘Culture of Death’

June 4th, 2018 4:29 PM
Don’t you love it when lefties lecture you about your own Christian faith, twisting the words of Christ in an attempt to guilt you out of your own morals and standards? Granted, everyone, especially Christians, should be aware of proper charity to marginalized individuals, but when liberals preach that it’s not so much about loving the sinner as it is blindly accepting the tenets of an anti-…

Reacting to Monday’s massive, 7-2 ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court in favor of the Christian bakers with Masterpiece Cakeshop, CNN senior legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin went into full-blown panic mode, claiming that “[t]his is certainly an invitation to people who discriminate against gay people” and opens the door to Jim Crow-like discrimination against interracial and interfaith couples.

Religious liberty advocates scored a victory on Monday as the Supreme Court, by a 7-2 decision, ruled that a Christian baker could not be compelled to bake a cake for a gay marriage. MSNBC immediately offered a nothing-to-see-here tone, throwing some cold water on the win. MSNBC Live host Hallie Jackson asked a legal analyst: “Do you believe that religious liberties advocates will try to run a…

Ireland Makes Its Decision on Abortion
May 31st, 2018 3:39 PM
The scientific, moral and theological battle between life as an "endowed unalienable" right and the evolutionary view that we are just material and energy shaped by pure chance in a random universe with no author of life, no purpose for living and no destination after we die has been won in Ireland by the evolutionists.
