In “Heavy Meddle,” Friday night's episode of ABC’s Last Man Standing, Ryan (Jordan Masterson) and Kristin (Amanda Fuller), the show’s more liberal thinking couple, are worried that Kyle (Christoph Sanders) and Mandy (Molly Ephraim) wouldn’t be smart enough to participate in an escape room challenge.

Esquire’s Charles Pierce is accusing President Trump of adding to something he vowed to subtract from. In a Thursday post, Pierce called the White House’s proposed federal budget a “vast, noxious swamp into which all those tributaries of modern conservative thought have emptied themselves. People die in there, swallowed up in deep sinkholes of empowered bigotry and class anger.”

In the last 36 hours, CNN and the Fox News Channel (FNC) came to blows following a report by CNN media reporter Dylan Byers that FNC host Sean Hannity whipped out a gun and pointed it at Juan Williams following a heated debate last year on the set of his eponymous show.

Appearing on the 11 a.m. ET hour of MSNBC on Thursday, California Democratic Congressman Ted Lieu laughably told viewers of the left-wing network: “The best way to oppose fake news is for people to watch outlets like MSNBC, where you report real news all the time.”

New York Times reporter Katie Rogers celebrated anti-Trump protests as “the new brunch” in the big-government stronghold of D.C.: “A City Where Dissent Becomes a Lifestyle.” Rogers’ story occupied two-thirds of the page, with photos down the middle from various D.C. protests and a long and fawning explainer of a photo caption, full of liberal blandishment.

A Wonkblog item at the Washington Post about immigrants who have been receiving food stamps allegedly deciding to cancel their enrollment has been sharply criticized for a headline change which occurred a short time after the entry went up. It was: "Immigrants are now canceling their food stamps for fear that Trump will deport them"; now it's "Immigrants are going hungry so Trump won't deport…

NBC’s pro-LGBT propaganda arm, “NBC OUT,” recently published a piece about proposed “anti-LGBT bills” that will supposedly undermine “civil rights.” The article began with the story of “married” homosexual men who “became foster parents to two children, both under the age of 2.” 

In the Thursday night episode of Chicago Med, titled “Monday Mourning,” a teenage boy is brought in to be treated for injuries suffered in a fall he took. The surprise twist? His medical complications are brought on because he's been hiding that he's gay. Is there any show these days without a gay storyline twist?
