Celebrities have spent the past 16 months tarring President Donald Trump with every imaginable crime. Two female comics took their Trump hate to a new level this week. The historic opening of the first U.S. Embassy in Jerusalem, fulfilling a promise made by President Trump, caused celebrities to reflexively smite Trump’s foreign policy.

The New York Times has been heavily criticized for its blatantly anti-Israeli coverage of the deadly protest in Gaza, after the terrorist group Hamas urged Palestinian civilians to rush the fence guarding Israel’s border from attack. On Wednesday's New Day, CNN was doing its part to push anti-Israel spin as co-host Chris Cuomo not only called the killing of Palestinian Arab agitators by the Israeli Defense Forces an "atrocity," but correspondent Ben Wedeman pushed the view that the IDF did not act with "restraint."

In addition to siding with violent Palestinian border assaulters during Tuesday’s CBS Evening News, the network had anchor Jeff Glor sit down with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu where he tried to grill the leader on his county’s military response. What’s happened to The Onion? The satirical news site on Monday and Tuesday descended into the muck of anti-Israel hatred. The Onion published three vile articles sliming the country as blood-thirsty killers of women and babies. 

The liberal Twitterverse has been having another meltdown over the U.S. embassy moving to Jerusalem. Now many of them are continuing their narrative of Trump as head of a mob family, whose political ties to Israel, another totalitarian regime, are putting the poor Palestinian people at risk.  

A Twitter spokesperson defended Hamas’ ability to maintain a presence on the site, despite Twitter’s rule against supporting and perpetuating violence. According to the spokesperson, the group’s alleged commitment to peace and status as a democratically-elected organization exempts Hamas from the explicit rule banning terrorist organizations from the platform.

Two of the three major news networks have been feeding into the pro-hamas, anti-Israel/anti-Trump propaganda this week. Both ABC and NBC’s evening news segments showed blatant bias towards the violent protesters in Gaza during the official unveiling of the US Embassy in Jerusalem, completely disregarding Hamas’s history of manufacturing casualties real and fake to bring international condemnation…

In online news, there's "clickbait," a sensational headline which doesn't reflect the underlying story. The New York Daily News took that concept into the front page of its Tuesday print edition. Its headline — "DADDY'S LITTLE GHOUL" — included a photo of Ivanka Trump. The underlying article mentioned her only once in passing. We should call this "printbait."

Gotta hand it to Hamas: it knows its audience. For example, this headline from The Washington Post May 15: “Israelis kill more than 50 Palestinians in Gaza protests, health officials say.”

On Sunday's MSNBC Live, as host Ayman Mohyeldin interviewed David Keyes -- spokesman for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu -- at one point, the MSNBC host ridiculously claimed that Iran "has not fired a single bullet" at Israel and that it "hasn't violated your sovereignty" as he asked why Israel has taken military action against the Iranian military in Syria.

MSNBC personalities seem to think that protests can feature participants throwing bombs and rocks and still be "peaceful" at the same time. On Monday's Velshi and Ruhle show, MSNBC hosts Ali Velshi and Stephanie Ruhle opened their show noting that several acts of violence had been perpetrated. Appearing as a guest on MSNBC Live on Saturday morning, MSNBC contributor and Daily Beast world news editor Christopher Dickey blamed the recent exchange of fire between Israel and Iran on Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu believing that he has been given a "license to kill" by Trump pulling out of the Iran deal.
