But that may change because of a Chinese court ruling.

The nation’s Spanish-language media have predictably omitted any coverage of Senator Marco Rubio’s recent searing indictment of both Latino identity politics and Xavier Becerra’s nomination to lead the Department of Health and Human Services.

Immigration may rule supreme, but if its twisted coverage of President Joe Biden’s executive order repealing the Mexico City Policy is any indication, Univision holds the rest of the liberal policy platter in high regard and has no compunction in foisting those preferences upon an unsuspecting audience.

And in enabling this blatant pander, they have also abetted a historical whitewash of Chavez’ mixed legacy. 

The media proved, once again, that they are the public relations arm of the Democrat Party. This time, Spanish-language media did the deed via its total blackout of the campaign to recall California Governor Gavin Newsom (D) due to his botched response to the COVID-19 crisis.

In a preview of what Spanish-language news coverage of the Biden Administration will look like for the next four years, the networks focused their coverage of the Biden inaugural on what is most critically important to business: a renewed open push for comprehensive immigration reform.

Parler CEO John Matze flipped the script on Amazon, which had accused his platform of inciting violence and removed it from its web services as a result. 

Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) broke the internet when he announced that he would be objecting to certification of the Electoral College results on January 6. He also broke one of America’s leading retailers. Walmart attacked him for it in a quickly deleted tweet that read, “Go ahead. Get your 2 hour debate. #soreloser.” Hawley was ready for them, and his response was brutal.

Morning Joe's got a bad case of nostalgia for the good old days of the liberal media's near-total control over the news. As Kasie Hunt put it on today's show, back in the day, there were: "The media . . . was a relatively focused, narrow group, and if they made decisions together could actually impact things."
