Sure, go ahead and argue CNN interviews with elected officials have been dominated by Democrats because they say yes. But upon closer review, however, one will see examples of why Republicans skip out on this home for Resistance viewpoints. New York Republican Congressman Tom Reed’s appearance on CNN’s Wolf Thursday afternoon is perhaps the newest.

While Thursday’s NBC Today show brought on analyst John Brennan to praise an anonymous anti-Trump New York Times op/ed as “courageous,” later that morning, 9:00 a.m. ET hour anchor Megyn Kelly disagreed. She blasted the article for trying to “subvert the President” and “dripping with sanctimony.”

Reacting on Wednesday’s Hardball to the anonymous Trump official’s self-serving New York Times op-ed, MSNBC host Chris Matthews compared it to the same clarion call offered by George Kennan in 1946 on containing communism while panelists Steve Schmidt seemingly read from a thesaurus to attack the Trump administration and Zerlina Maxwell urged the need for impeachment proceedings.

On Wednesday, MRC’s Dan Gainor appeared alongside tech expert Lance Ulanoff on Fox Business’ After the Bell to discuss Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey’s testimony before Congress. At the hearing the Dorsey denied any allegations that there was censorship of conservatives, however Gainor insisted that this was contrary to the evidence.

On Thursday, NBC’s Today show invited on former CIA Director and anti-Trump activist John Brennan to react to an anonymous New York Times op/ed from a supposed administration official personally attacking the President. Predictably, the NBC News analyst praised the unknown author of the hit piece as a “courageous” individual trying to “prevent disasters.”

During a report on Wednesday’s Megyn Kelly Today, NBC News correspondent Jacob Soboroff revealed that midterm voters in Florida were much more interested in local issues that impact their daily lives than the latest tweet from President Trump, the Russia investigation, or other political intrigue in Washington D.C.
