Trump is like Osama bin Laden? On Nicolle Wallace's MSNBC show, Tim Heaphy, the chief investigative counsel for the House January 6 committee, says that Trump, just like Osama, can't shift the blame to intelligence agencies which failed to detect his plot.

On Morning Joe, NBC News reporter Vaughn Hillyard says that if the Supreme Court upholds the ruling of the Colorado court, relying on the 14th Amendment, that barred Donald Trump from the ballot, it's likely that Trump will be barred from the ballot in all 50 states. 

The day after expressing repeated skepticism over the decision of the Colorado Supreme Court to kick Donald Trump off the ballot, Scarborough flip flops and expresses great support for the decision, saying it's the most democratic thing the court could do.

On Nicolle Wallace's MSNBC show, retired federal judge Michael Luttig calls the decision of the Colorado Supreme Court "a masterful judicial opinion. It is unassailable and irrefutable in every single respect." He goes on to claim, "This is not politics. It is certainly not partisan politics. It's one thing to hear our friend Curtis Houck refer to MSNBC’s Deadline White House as “Rich Liberal Wine Mom Story Hour”, but hoo boy, it’s entirely another to actually sit through an episode of this dreck. Beyond dreck, today's episode featured extremely dangerous rhetoric.
