"Moron vote energized," reported Twitchy. President Obama once called her husband Kanye West a "jackass," but Kim Kardashian pictured herself (in an Archie-style cartoon) with Obama on Twitter (and Instagram as well), advising her fans to vote Democrat on Tuesday.

The Daily Dot site asked in a headline , “Does Kim Kardashian think President Obama is on the midterm ballot?” Then they reeled the hype back in: “Certainly, she must mean that she is voting along Democratic party lines and supporting his general philosophies.”
They linked to a New York Daily News piece on the 2012 White House Correspondendents dinner, where Kardashian said she was a Democrat, and when asked if she’d met anyone on the other side who had impressed her, she said “Rick Santoro and his daughters.”
A year ago, Obama subtly criticized Kardashian and Kanye West in a discourse on wealth. "I do think what's shifted is a notion that the wealthier you are, the more conspicuous consumption you engage in. The more successful you are, the more society should stay out of your way as you pursue the bigger house or the fancier jet or the bigger yacht," Obama said in an interview for Amazon's Kindle Singles. In the past, “There was not that window into the lifestyles of the rich and famous. Kids weren't monitoring every day what Kim Kardashian was wearing, or where Kanye West was going on vacation, and thinking that somehow that was the mark of success."
