National Review's Jonah Goldberg took a comedic poke at President Obama Monday.
Appearing on Fox News's Special Report, Goldberg jokingly said, "It’s huge progress that he didn’t blame this hurricane on a video."
Early in the panel discussion, Goldberg said, “I think Charles is a little too hard on Obama. Frankly, it’s huge progress that he didn’t blame this hurricane on a video. And that alone is a big step forward for the guy.”
This evoked laughter from fellow panelist Kirsten Powers and a comment from syndicated columnist Charles Krauthammer who said, “Or on George Bush.”
Goldberg agreed saying, “That’s out there on the internet. You can find that.”
Of course, Goldberg was referring to the administration's weeks-long claim that the September attack on our consulate in Benghazi, Libya, was as a result of an anti-Islam movie trailer nobody had ever heard of prior to that point.
