Van Jones: DNC Wants Freedom of ‘Full Life’ - Offers Abortions in Parking Lot

Well into Night Three of the Democratic National Convention on Wednesday, CNN liberal commentator Van Jones opined about how Democratic supposedly had a “deeper patriotism” than what was on display during the Republican National Convention last month. He also insisted that Democrats valued the “freedom of a full life.” Meanwhile, they had Planned Parenthood killing babies out in the parking lot.

Shortly before Oprah Winfrey spoke at the convention, Jones rambled on about how there was a noticeable difference in the quality of the patriotism between Democrats and Republicans: "I feel like there's a distinction between what I would call a cheaper patriotism and a deeper patriotism. This is a deeper patriotism here, it's not just the rah rah stuff."

Jones went on to suggest that the Republican notion of freedom was “just the freedom to not pay your taxes or the freedom to say get off my lawn,” while for Democrats it was “the freedom to live a full life.”

“And to be able to live a full life, we need each other, we need smart government,” he added. But that didn’t pass the vibe check with the facts on the ground at the convention.

According to the president of Students for Life and Students for Life Action, Kristan Hawkins, Planned Parenthood had killed 25 babies in the parking lot outside the convention center (as of Tuesday).

“Planned Parenthood offered free vasectomies and medicinal abortions in an oversized van outside the Democratic National Convention on Monday, giving men the chance to get snipped in as little as 20 minutes – and grab a taco on their way out,” The New York Post reported.

Jones followed up by gushing about the “muscular patriotism” of Vice President Kamala Harris:

But, I haven't seen so many “USA, USA” – there is a muscular patriotism associated with Kamala Harris. There’s a musculature to what she’s saying. She wants to fight! She’s not afraid. “I want to fight for this. I believe in this country and I believe in this particular vision of freedom. And I’m going to fight for it.”

“And I think that’s a very interesting, new kind of combination that I haven't seen before,” he concluded.

And to be able to live a full life, we need each other, we need smart government.
