After the New York Times reported on Thursday that television agent Jay Sures was pitching CNN and MSNBC executives on the idea of a Crossfire-style debate show starring Stormy Daniels attorney Michael Avenatti and former Trump White House Communications Director Anthony Scaramucci, Avenatti took to Twitter to dispel the rumors by claiming: “I have no interest in television right now.”
That laughable statement came after the porn star’s legal counsel has spent the past 10 weeks being interviewed 147 times on broadcast and cable news outlets, according to the latest Media Research Center count. More than half of those appearances (74) were on CNN, MSNBC came in second place with 57 Avenatti interviews (numbers which have already increased in the days since the study was released). No wonder those cable channels would be at the top of the list for him to co-host his own show.

Of course there’s no reason for Avenatti to have a show since he already gets so much free air time.
