MRC President Brent Bozell and MRC Free Speech America Vice President Dan Schneider blasted key leaders of the Democratic Party for making a sharp left turn against Americans’ First Amendment freedoms.
Bozell and Schneider penned an op-ed for The Daily Wire, promoting a new MRC Free Speech America study that unearthed a shocking number of current and former U.S. presidential nominees that have pushed for online censorship. Bozell and Schneider hammered all of them for abandoning free speech principles. In particular, the authors tore into President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris for tearing up past promises of respect for free speech by using government agencies to pressure social media companies to censor the opposition.
