The Biden administration plotted to hide COVID-19 vaccine injuries, a damning lawsuit claims.
The New Civil Liberties Alliance (NCLA) accused the Biden administration of hatching a scheme to mandate that Big Tech companies censor content posted by individuals who were reportedly injured by the COVID-19 vaccines. The lawsuit, which NCLA announced on May 22, asserted that the plaintiffs are not “anti-vaxxers,” as one of the plaintiffs received the vaccine voluntarily while others did so under mandate pressure.
The NCLA directly mentioned the government-tied Standford Internet Observatory’s Virality Project and accused it of working in concert with the federal government to censor speech. Twitter Files #19 exposed the infamous Virtality Project for monitoring social media and asking platforms to censor true content related to the pandemic. Journalist and author Matt Taibbi called the findings “The Great Covid-19 Lie Machine.”
The 124-page lawsuit described the harrowing experience of the six plaintiffs —- Brianne Dressen, Shaun Barcavage, Kristi Dobbs, Nikki Holland, Suzanna Newell, and Ernest Ramirez —- reportedly injured by the COVID-19 vaccines. Their lawsuit accused the federal government of working with the Virality Project and Big Tech to monitor and suppress the speech of those harmed by the vaccine.
NCLA blasted the White House’s participation in this muzzling scheme:
“This sprawling censorship enterprise has combined the efforts of numerous federal agencies and government actors—including within the White House—to coerce and induce social media platforms to censor, suppress, and label as ‘misinformation’ speech expressed by those who have suffered vaccine-related injuries,” NCLA revealed.
Ramirez, one of the plaintiffs listed in the lawsuit, has not suffered injuries from the COVID-19 vaccine himself but he lost his 16-year-old son to a cardiac arrest days after his son received the Pfizer vaccine. An autopsy revealed that Ramirez’s son died with a heart that was abnormally large, approximately double the size of a teen, FEE reported in September 2021.
Ramirez used GoFundMe to launch a fundraising campaign to raise awareness of myocarditis, a condition tied to the COVID vaccines. But the platform, known for its extreme antagonism toward conservatives, quickly shut down the fundraiser.
“The First Amendment forbids Defendants from suppressing the speech and association rights of innocent victims who are just seeking to commiserate with other sufferers,” NCLA continued. The group also asserted that the plaintiffs have been “heavily censored” by Big Tech for sharing their personal experiences and exchanging advice and media research.
Conservatives are under attack. Contact your representatives and demand that Big Tech and government agencies be held to account to mirror the First Amendment while providing transparency, clarity on “hate speech” and equal footing for conservatives.
