Woke Sports Illustrated Swoons Over Mill’s Gross Rap At World Series

Meek Mill at 2019 NBA all-star game Sports Illustrated (SI) renewed the slobbering love affair of woke sports media with the highly controversial rapper Meek Mill, over his Thursday night appearance at the World Series in Philadelphia. Mill is the author of disgusting, vulgar rap recordings who’s seen his share of jail cells.

“Mill’s performance was clearly just what the doctor ordered for the Phillies’ hitters,” SI’s Nick Selbe gushed. “Meek Mill is just living the dream.”

Prior to the start of the game between the Phillies and Astros, Mill took the field to perform one of those detestable recordings: “Dreams and Nightmares.” He then caught a ride off the field on a four-wheeler driven by the Phillie Phanatic mascot.

How bout that number “Dream and Nightmares”? What’s in that gem? Here are a few small samples (get ready to gag).:

“And the matter of time I spent on some locked-up shit

Like a ni**a sneezed, nigga please, 'fore them triggers squeeze
I'm gettin' cream, never let them hoes get in between
Of what we started, lil' ni**a but I'm lion-hearted
They love me when I was stuck and they hated when I departed
I go and get it regardless, draw it like I'm an artist
No crawlin', went straight to walkin', with foreigns in my garages
All foreign bitches ménagin', fuckin', suckin' and swallowin'”

Just lovely stuff. Creates a real family atmosphere at the World Series.

Mill has had numerous scrapes with the law, too.

At age 18, he was arrested on gun charges by Philadelphia law officers, and he charged them with police brutality over significant injuries he sustained. He was also charged with aggravated assault for pursuing them with a gun.

In 2008, Mill went to prison after he was convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia and second-degree possession of a loaded firearm by a convicted felon.

During the years 2012-2016, Mill committed several violations and was jailed again. He would be jailed twice in 2018 and ultimately released from jail.

Upon Mill’s 2018 release from a Pennsylvania prison, the Philadelphia 76ers flew him by helicopter to their arena, where he rang the Liberty Bell prior to the team’s home playoff game. ESPN provided live coverage of Mill being released from prison and boarding the chopper. Later ESPN fangirl Sharrie Williams interviewed Mill to learn what kept him going during his incarceration.

The Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles also rallied for Mill, declaring Mill's "Dreams and Nightmares" as their unofficial anthem during their championship run. Of course, the NBA worships Mill, too. He performed at its 2019 all-star game.

Woke media and pro sports fascinations with Mill say it all about how utterly pathetic they really are. Mill’s “dream” is closer to legal and artistic nightmare status.
