‘Take Disinfectant & Drop Dead’: Celebs Rip Trump Voters as Nazi-Sympathizers

Media and Hollywood outrage over President Trump’s handling of the coronavirus has reached a fever pitch in the last few weeks, and that’s saying a lot considering they’ve been blaming Trump for every death since the onset of the pandemic. Now they’re directing their anger at his supporters, encouraging them to drink bleach to off themselves, and equating them to Hitler’s followers.

It’s hard to decide which one of these takes the cake for being the most deranged, but Sirius/XM radio host Howard Stern’s remarks to Trump voters were remarkably terrible. Over the weekend, the radio shock jock skewered Trump’s comments on experimental coronavirus treatments and invited his supporters to try them so that they might incidentally kill themselves.

“I would love it if Donald would get on TV and take an injection of Clorox and let’s see if his theory works,” the host said during his Monday podcast. Stern parroted the media’s spin on Trump’s remarks -- that he recommended folks drink bleach or Lysol -- and thought that sounded like a splendid idea for the folks who disagree with him politically.

“Hold a big rally, say fuck this coronavirus, with all of his followers, and let them hug each other and kiss each other and have a big rally,” Stern continued. His co-host Robin Quivers characterized it as a “big cocktail of disinfectant" to which Stern agreed, and added the nasty line, “And all take disinfectant and all drop dead.”

The executive producer of Ellen, Andy Lassner, contributed a truly disturbing tweet to the hateful conversation as well. In the early hours of Monday morning, the Trump-hating sourpuss tweeted that Trump supporters have broken bad just like the citizens who supported the regime of Adolf Hitler.

Lassner wrote, “How you act now is exactly how you would have acted in 1940’s Germany. If you’re not speaking out against this fucking lunatic, you wouldn’t have done shit back then.” No, not extreme at all. This is totally like World War II and the Holocaust, right? Lassner even recognized how hateful and stupid his tweet was, deleting it shortly thereafter. Thankfully Washington Examiner reporter Siraj Hashmi took a screenshot of the tweet.

Grammy-winning singer John Legend (pictured above) provided a nasty tweet as well. He began by calling President Trump “President Dipshit,” (You can see the lyrical talent, can’t you?) and then lashed out at his supporters.

The musician, who’s married to nasty Melania Trump-hater Chrissy Teigen, wrote, “Honestly, anyone who votes for this dude after seeing him in action should be eternally ashamed. Like, what is your justification? He's ridiculously terrible at his job.”

They should be ashamed if they think folks in this county will continue to have respect for them once this quarantine is over and they need to sell tickets.
