Even after all of the votes have been cast, network correspondents present the results through the lens of their own biases — cheering when a Democrat wins, and snarling about imaginary dirty tricks when the voters back a Republican.

Jeff Bezos wrote "Most people believe the media is biased. Anyone who doesn’t see this is paying scant attention to reality, and those who fight reality lose." On Friday, the media fought reality in claiming Donald Trump threatened Liz Cheney with death.

During Friday’s edition of CBS Mornings, White House correspondent Nancy Cordes falsely accused Donald Trump of musing “about executing Liz Cheney” the previous night. Not only did Cordes pervert Trump’s words, she used the misrepresentation to claim that they affirm Kamala Harris’s argument that “he is a wannabe autocrat bent on revenge.”

There’s a new Clint Eastwood movie opening this weekend. That might be the last time we can stay that.

The media fearmongering about pro-lifers is nothing new. Admitting the fears are false, but fearmongering anyway is something different. Yet, that is exactly what NBC’s Dasha Burns did on Friday’s edition of Nightly News as she traveled to Missouri ahead of that state’s upcoming abortion ballot measure.

HBO’s Bill Maher scolded the media on Friday’s edition of Real Time Overtime for their claims that Donald Trump called for former Rep. Liz Cheney to be shot. Maher’s rebuke was not out of any love for Trump, but a demand that the media not “lie to me” because the real context of Trump’s actual remarks was something that “hippies used to say.”

So desperate was CNN to make something stick against former President Trump in the last few days of the election, they spent much of their Friday newscasts peddling the false claims that he threated Liz Cheney with a firing squad. Host Jake Tapper got more than he bargained for on The Lead, when Tennessee Republican Senator Bill Hagerty confronted him over his network’s “distortion” of Trump’s…

Conservative radio host Hugh Hewitt stormed off Friday’s edition of Washington Post Live and resigned his columnist position shortly afterwards after liberal associate editor Jonathan Capehart claimed he didn’t “appreciate being lectured” after Hewitt called out fellow panelist Ruth Marcus’s fake news about Donald Trump. Hewitt gave Capehart his wish, “I won’t come back, Jonathan. I’m done.…

The Associated Press gave the Biden administration a fright on Halloween night, publishing a story exposing how the White House deliberately altered the official transcript of President Biden’s VotoLatino appearance where he called Trump voters “garbage.” Despite the fact that the alteration were indeed a scandal, ABC’s Good Morning America was the only broadcast morning newscast to ignore it…

It is odd that a website that fancies itself as a fact-checking organization would believe that if you repeat a falsehood enough times it eventually becomes true, but that is what PolitiFact is doing with Democrats and transgender sports. In a Thursday article, PolitiFact defended Montana Sen. Jon Tester’s vote that failed to protect the competitive integrity of women’s sports by claiming such…

MSNBC’s Mika Brzezinski and NBC’s Seth Meyers joined forces on Thursday’s taping of Late Night to scare viewers into believing that the election is “a matter of life and death” for women.

On Wednesday, Texas Monthly senior writer Michael Hardy uncorked a scalding hot take that Senator Ted Cruz’s (R-TX) support for the basic premise of only women and girls being allowed to compete in sports for women and girls puts him on the same plane as Nazi Germany, which went as far as putting gay and transgender individuals in concentration camps alongside Jews and the disabled during the…

On Wednesday's CNN This Morning, during a discussion of President Joe Biden's comments that seemed to call Donald Trump's supporters "garbage," CNN senior political analyst Mark Preston argued that the President would be better off to double down on his remarks instead of trying to take them back.

In a disgusting exchange on CNN NewsNight With Abby Phillip, disgraced former PBS host Tavis Smiley attributed JD Vance’s take on conservative men having more testosterone to “mommy issues”, as some in the panel laughed. It is interesting to see what passes for acceptable standards over at the former “world leader in news.”
