On Wednesday's Anderson Cooper 360, CNN gave liberal Senator Angus King (I-ME) a forum to accuse President Donald Trump of abusing his constitutional power with his actions since taking office. And on Thursday morning, MSNBC's Morning Joe followed suit with their own interview with him entirely devoted to this topic.

On Morning Joe, Mika Brzezinski chokes up in praising Caroline Kennedy for her "painful" decision to put out a video trashing her cousin RFK Jr. and his nomination as head of HHS.  Among other things, Caroline calls RFK a "predator" and accuses him of being responsible for the death of relatives by allegedly enticing them into drug abuse.

Throughout the Biden-then-Harris campaign, Joe Scarborough had been an all-in flunky, an avid supporter, and a virulent critic of Trump. But now that Kamala has lost, on today's Morning Joe Scarborough suddenly became an objective critic, condemning the failure of the Democrats to understand and connect with Americans and their valid concerns. 

The morning after the election, "Mourning" Mika is dressed all in black. Claire McCaskill is near tears, saying Trump understood the electorate better than the Democrats, that "anger and fear" work, and that America's "better angels" have fled. Al Sharpton blames racial and gender bias, and says there's a lot of "misogyny" among black and Hispanic men.

On Election Day, trying to build optimism for Kamala Harris, Joe Scarborough brags that she has "900,000" volunteers in Pennsylvania. A recent Time magazine article suggests the true number is 110,000, and an internet search suggests that Scarborough used the total number of Kamala volunteers in the entire country!

On Morning Joe, reacting to Trump having called America a "garbage can for the world," Joe Scarborough breaks out a variation on America, love it or leave it. He says: "If anybody believes that America is a garbage can, that's voting this election, they're just stupid. They just don't know the facts.
