CNN Hypes GOP Extremism on Abortion, No Mention of Radical Dem Stance

CNN on Tuesday spent over seven minutes hyping Republicans trying to atone and hide their allegedly extreme position when it comes to abortion. Reporter Kyung Lah spotlighted Republican senatorial candidates changing their website now that they have the nomination. But nowhere in the segment was there anything on the extreme stance of Democrats when it comes to abortion.

CNN Promotes Lefty Donor as 'Republican' to Trash Nevada GOP Candidate

Back on July 8, CNN’s AC360 had a full report on a marquee Senate race in Nevada and, instead of focusing on the economy and the crushing blows businesses have suffered due to the pandemic, host Anderson Cooper and correspondent Kyung Lah made it seem as though abortion was the driving issue. And to do so, they touted “registered Republican” Susan Fisher as turned off by the GOP.

On Don Lemon Tonight, correspondent Kyung Lah seemed shocked to learn that lifelong Democratic voters in the dark blue state were turning on Newsom and supporting the recall effort.

With MSNBC having already expressed concern Wednesday night about a peaceful gathering of Trump supporters outside Arizona’s Maricopa County Elections Department, CNN hit the panic button just after midnight Eastern Thursday in saying the building would be closing based on the “armed,” YMCA-dancing crowd “chilling a democracy” and causing “a lot of security concerns.”
