Liberal billionaire George Soros is the founder and chairman of the Open Society Foundations, a massive, grantmaking foundation that funnels millions of dollars into organizations promoting extremist causes and liberal progressive thinking in the United States and around the world. Soros dumped over $32 billion of his wealth into his Open Society Foundations since 1984 to further his leftist, anti-American ideology and activism well beyond his own lifetime.
The MRC discovered that Soros has committed a combined sum of more than $2.3 billion to create a global university network to push his extreme ideology. He recently launched a $1 billion initiative to create the Open Society University Network (OSUN), a “global university” that houses multiple educational institutions across the world to indoctrinate the next generation with Soros’ extremist “open society” worldview. The two educational institutions spearheading that effort — Central European University and Bard College — received another $1.3 billion from Soros. Bard College professor emeritus of history Gennady Shkliarevsky rebuked his institution for joining with Soros’ political agenda for education. In 2020, he called OSUN the “making of an unholy alliance.”
Between 2000 and 2014, Soros pumped a whopping $103,236,632 into media groups that circulated his liberal, anti-capitalist messages throughout the U.S. and abroad. In 2017, when the massive pro-abortion and eco-extremist Women’s March was underway, the Media Research Center reported that Soros gave 100 of the March partners $246,637,217 between 2000-2014. While the 2019 “Global Climate Strike” led by activist Greta Thunberg was in motion, the MRC found that Soros gave 22 of the organizations partnering in the strike $24,854,592 between 2000-2017.
$25 Mil to Liberal, Soros-Backed Media from MacArthur Foundation
Several liberal media outlets that defend Planned Parenthood and shriek about climate change just received massive grants from a prominent foundation.
The MacArthur Foundation claims its new grants to 12 non-profit media organizations will support “accurate, in-depth journalism,” but at least eight are well-supported by lefty billionaire George Soros.
Networks Censor Soros Ties to Trump's Finance Chair Pick
Presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump may argue that he’s a conservative, but his latest appointee comes from the ranks of former Soros employees. While that move might be a sticking point on the right, ABC, CBS and NBC have censored all information about Trump’s appointee.
Unsettling Science: The Media’s Legal Climate Crusade Against Exxon
Galileo, the famous Italian astronomer and scientist, once said, “In questions of science, the authority of a thousand is not worth the humble reasoning of a single individual.” Tell that to the UN IPCC and the news media. Presumably, Galileo would find the use of the so-called “scientific consensus” on global warming as the basis to call for prosecution of dissenters unsettling. Everyone should…
Liberal Supreme Court Agenda Backed by $50 Mil from Soros, Ford Fndn
In the wake of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia’s unfortunate death, several liberal groups — including the media favorite, People for the American Way — are pushing the Obama Administration to quickly nominate a like-minded justice. And the groups all have something in common. Money.
The rich are "horrible people" -- at least those who lean to the right -- declares economist turned pompous New York Times columnist Paul Krugman in Friday’s “Privilege, Pathology and Power.” The text box: “Can we survive rule by self-centered billionaires?” (Liberal billionaire activist George Soros had no comment.) Krugman channeled opportunistic moralism, citing “science” to confirm his…

Soros' Son United Liberal Dreams: Stop 'War on Drugs' to Save Nature
Legalize drugs to save the planet? As unrelated as those two liberal dreams are, the Soros dynasty just tried to tie them together. On Dec. 14, The Alexander Soros Foundation posted a video in which George Soros’s son whined that, “the war on drugs has had devastating and lasting environmental effects,” and that drug crop eradiation is “just deforestation by another name.”
Russia's Ban on Soros Groups is a Repeat of History
Some people just can’t take a hint. Like George Soros, for example.
On Nov. 20, the liberal billionaire’s Open Society Foundations and Open Society Institute were banned from operating in Russia, according to CNBC.
Although this “troubled” the U.S. State Department, it’s nothing new. Soros’ Open Society Institute was previously kicked out of Moscow twelve years ago. But don’t expect the media…
Miami Herald Columnist: Saying 'All Lives Matter' Is 'Moral Cowardice'
Columnist Leonard Pitts may not have caught wind of Thursday's Rasmussen poll before he wrote the column published Saturday at the Miami Herald. Perhaps he still doesn't realize that Rasmussen reported that 64 percent of blacks and 78 percent of likely U.S. voters overall say that "All lives matter" is closer to their own views than "Black lives matter."
In his column, Pitts accused what turns…
Barely News: Two-Thirds of Blacks Prefer 'All Lives Matter'
Most of us have heard it by now. If you have the audacity to point out in a conversation or speech that "All lives matter," you're a hateful, violent raging racist out to undermine the (white guy George Soros-funded) "Black Lives Matter" movement. Democratic presidential candidates Hillary Clinton and Martin O'Malley have toth made the "mistake" of contending that "All lives matter" during the…
Readers School Politico Writer on Real Reason for Sanders BLM Problem
Sigh! Once again we are going to have to apply the Koch brothers test when it comes to journalists covering "grass-roots" protests. Here's how it goes: if the Koch brothers were financing an organization that was loudly protesting against candidates opposed by the Koch brothers, wouldn't that fact be highlighted in any story about such protests? Therefore, how can Politico's Daniel Strauss write…

MSM Fails to Note that #SorosMoneyMatters Targeting Hillary Opponents
Imagine if the Koch brothers had financed a group that was regularly disrupting and shutting down events of candidates that they opposed. Does anybody doubt that the Koch connection would come up in the first paragraph, if not the first sentence, of most news stories about such disruptions? Yet somehow, complete silence from the MSM on the connection of George Soros to #BlackLivesMatter even…
'Laissez-Faire' Media Mogul Refused To Meddle With Ideology Of Outlets
Lefty billionaires Warren Buffett and George Soros, who have used their fortunes to influence the media, could learn from the example of the late media mogul Roy H. Park Sr.
In the 2015 revised edition of Sons in the Shadow, Roy H. Park Jr. described how his father founded Park Communications and built his nearly $1-billion fortune. His company owned “seven TV stations, 21 radio stations and 144…
Planned Parenthood's Biggest Donors Gave $374 Million in Four Years
In response to a series of incriminating under-cover videos from The Center for Medical Progress about the major abortion provider, organizations have been cutting ties -- or denying ties -- to Planned Parenthood. But where nonprofits are concerned, tax records keep the story straight.
Between 2010 and 2013, no fewer than 966 individual organizations donated to Planned Parenthood. Of those, 31…

O'Reilly Discusses 'Black Lives' Funding, Including Soros and Celebs
On his Tuesday night show, with the help of Kelly Riddell of the Washington Times, Bill O'Reilly of Fox News described how the "Black Lives Matter" movement sustains itself. The rest of the press wants readers, listeners and viewers to presume that it is a self-sustaining, grass-roots movement. It isn't.
O'Reilly also noted that megastars Jay-Z and Beyoncé, numbers 28 and 29, respectively, on…
