During a live-shot this afternoon wherein she trashed Values Voters Summit attendees as the "far right" of the GOP, NBC correspondent Katy Tur was interrupted by an attendee who told her to quiet down.

Tur was describing the reaction Summit attendees had to breaking news of Rep. John Boehner stepping down from both the Speaker's chair and his House seat in late October.

Here's the full transcript and a short video showing Tur being told to quiet down:

KATE SNOW, anchor: Katy Tur, the reaction from the campaign trail has been pretty swift, both positive and negative, but where you're standing I would say mostly negative, right?

KATY TUR, live from the Values Voters Summit in Washington, D.C.: Mostly negative. And the candidates themselves are thanking him for the service but they're all saying pretty much that it was time for a change.

When it was announced here at the Value Voters Summit, massive cheers came up from the crowd here. This is an evangelical conservative gathering, it is the far right of the party. They are not people who were happy with his leadership. They're people who have seen what they believe are a lot of losses in Congress, they don't like ObamaCare, they don't like Planned Parenthood. They want somebody who they believe is going to stand up for them and fight for their values--

UNIDENTIFIED MAN whistles yells at Tur.

TUR: --and that's what they're asking for when they are telling me to pipe down right now.

SNOW: Okay.

TUR: So far what they're saying.

SNOW: You can be quiet for a moment, we appreciate it though. I know they're trying to talk behind you there.
