Jimmy Fallon, who famously invited on Barack Obama to slow jam the news and danced with Michelle Obama, took a couple of swings at the president in his monologue on Monday night. Could Fallon be an indicator that even liberal celebrities are getting tired of Obama?
The NBC late night host joked about Obama’s lack of passion for the job and noticed he’s lost support in Chicago.
The following jokes were aired on the September 22 edition of The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon:
JIMMY FALLON: But first, here’s what everyone’s talking about, you guys. There was some major security issues at the White House over the weekend. Did you hear about this? Two separate incidents. One guy jumped over the fence, the White House fence. Another guy actually got through the front door. Officials are wondering why it’s so easy to get in while Obama’s wondering why it’s so hard to get out. “Get me outta here!”
More, more bad news for the president. Chicago is reversing its plan to name a high school after President Obama. Because it received multiple complaints from people in the community. I guess, I guess parents are afraid their kids would spend 8 years at the school and still not get anything done.
And you go, well that’s not, that’s not a guarantee. It’s just the name of the high school.
