Univision viewers got a heck of a lot more pro-life commentary than they are usually shown during its live coverage off the historic repeal of Roe v. Wade.
Watch as a pro-life activist let Capitol Hill correspondent Claudia Uceda know what she really thought about men who don't stand up for the defenseless. Straight fire (mild language advisory):
CLAUDIA UCEDA: So you're saying right now that the majority of women are pro-life.
JOCABED TORRES BERNAL: Yes. So...
UCEDA: But we're also seeing a lot of men that have come to protest- pro-life.
TORRES BERNAL: Yes- no...and there's no problem with that. In fact, for me, a man that does not defend the defenseless is despicable. He's a piece of shit.
U.C. Berkeley (!) student Jocabed Torres Bernal unleashed that riff after going toe-to-toe with a pro-abortion activist that had just attempted to accost U.S. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), in response to Uceda's question suggesting, perhaps, that the pro-life crowd was unduly amplified by men.
On this historic day, Latino media proved what we've been saying from Day One: that abortion is second only to immigration on the Latino corporate media's leftist policy hierarchy. And for 20 shining seconds, a U.C. Berkeley student spat fire and showed us why Hispanics are increasingly turning away from the media that purport to serve the community.
