The media are really excited about the January 6 hearings, which start Thursday, June 9. The vaunted Congressional January 6 Committee, which journalists assure us is “bipartisan,” has begun running its hearings during weeknight primetime hours — because they know the broadcast networks will air them.
But how “bipartisan” is this committee really? It’s only got two minority party members, after all, and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) took the unprecedented step of barring two Republican members from joining due to their politics.
We won’t try to puzzle out the answer to that question here. Instead, we’ve put together a little guessing game for viewers to see how well they can distinguish between two prominent committee members from opposing parties: Nancy Pelosi, and Liz Cheney (R-WY).
