Despite President Trump’s full-throated denunciation of racism and white supremacy on Monday, NBC Nightly News was determined to place the weekend’s mass shootings at his feet. The network went to such extreme lengths for their narrative that they flew chief foreign correspondent Richard Engel all the way out to somewhere in Germany to give neo-Nazis a platform.

Appearing on NBC’s Meet the Press on Sunday following a completely off-the-rails panel discussion in which liberal pundits blamed President Trump for the mass shooting in El Paso, White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney blasted moderator Chuck Todd for allowing such vile politization of the tragedy on the broadcast.

During coverage of the horrific mass shootings that happened over the weekend, on Monday, NBC’s Today show eagerly touted Democrats rushing to blame President Trump’s rhetoric for the attack in El Paso, Texas. Several quotes from 2020 Democratic presidential candidates claiming the President “bears some responsibility” for the killings were featured in the report.

The liberal media hate machine was running at full steam on Sunday in the wake of two mass shootings the left wanted to blame President Trump for. According to frequent NBC and MSNBC guest, radical Princeton professor Eddie Glaude, not only should we condemn the President but we also needed to condemn anyone who used the term “illegal immigrant”.

On Friday morning, NBC’s Today show actually devoted a nearly four-minute report to criticism of hypocritical left-wing celebrities taking private jets and yachts to a climate change event in Italy hosted by Google. The latest installment of NBC Nightly News’s “Justice for All” series (a series about criminal justice and reform), anchor Lester Holt complained about the case of Crystal Mason, who according to the Tarrant County, Texas district attorney, “knew she wasn't eligible to vote and voted anyway.” That’s right, NBC was upset someone was prosecuted for illegally casting a ballot.

Instead of reporting on the possibly politically motivated attack in their own back yards, the evening newscasts of ABC, CBS, and NBC were too busy suggesting Trump supporters at a rally in Cincinnati, Ohio that night were going to chant racist slogans.

During a live edition of NBC’s Late Night early Thursday morning, left-wing host Seth Meyers attacked MSNBC’s Chris Matthews for daring to challenge Elizabeth Warren on her extreme socialist health care plan following Tuesday night’s Democratic debate. Meyers savaged the Hardball host and accused him of trying to “mansplain” to the 2020 presidential candidate.  

Returning to NBC’s Today show Thursday morning to react to night two of CNN’s Democratic debate, political analyst and former Senator Claire McCaskill provided a blunt assessment of expansive field of 2020 contenders, suggesting it was time to “get rid of” some of them and “begin to focus” on the top tier of presidential candidates.

Reacting to night one of CNN’s Democratic debate, on Wednesday’s Today show, NBC News political analysts and former Senator Claire McCaskill was relieved that the radical health care plans advocated by Senators Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders were hammered by their fellow 2020 candidates. McCaskill also completely rejected any possibility of such extreme proposals ever becoming law.

On Tuesday, all three network morning shows seized on left-wing MSNBC host and controversial activist Al Sharpton attacking President Trump as a “racist” and “bigot.” What was completely missing from the coverage was any mention of Sharpton’s own history of offensive language and racial divisiveness.

During Monday’s CBS Evening News, floundering new anchor Norah O’Donnell touted a report by correspondent Jeff Pegues as a “fact-check” of the President’s claim that Baltimore was a city “no human being would want to live”. A “fact-check” that failed miserably.
