Politico White House editor Sam Stein stepped in to guest host MSNBC’s Saturday installment of Velshi where he asked what he thought was a profound question: what is “closest historical parallel to the moment.. that we are in right now with our democracy?” The answer he got back from Prof. Ruth Ben-Ghiat was to analogize the current situation to the raise of Hitler and Mussolini.

MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle hypocritically weaponized the case of a 10-year old girl who traveled from Ohio to Indiana to seek an abortion by declaring that it was actually conservatives who were “weaponizing this story” by not initially believing its veracity.

On Friday, co-host of MSNBC’s Morning Joe Mika Brzezinski decided to highlight the “dangers” of a post-Roe America by bringing on pro-choice Texan Rochelle Garza, the Democratic candidate running against Ken Paxton in the attorney general race. And of course, the interview was just a vehicle to tee up Garza to bash her opponent over abortion restrictions.

Clearly if there’s one thing MSNBC's Morning Joe loves, it’s political theater. But on Thursday, they took time away from the latest January 6 soap opera to focus on the capital of drama: Broadway.

On Thursday’s Chris Jansing Reports, the eponymous MSNBC host wondered if pro-life laws will have “a chilling effect on rape victims” and her guests readily informed her that they will.

Morning Joe repeatedly slurs Republican candidates as "freaks," "weirdos," "crackpots," and "wackos," among other insults. And Joe Scarborough once again depicts Republicans as Cheeto-smeared losers living in their mother's basement. 

On Wednesday’s installment of The 11th Hour on MSNBC, host Stephanie Ruhle falsely declared that while inflation in America is bad, it is better than most everywhere else. That bad take was topped by Harvard’s John Della Volpe and Puck’s Peter Hamby declaring that inflation will not be a big election issue in November.

On Wednesday, MSNBC star Joe Scarborough went on a rant against law enforcement--the DC Police Department, the National Guard, and the FBI--for its failure to respond promptly to the Capitol Hill riot. Scarborough claimed that if the protesters were black, cops would have immediately been out there, and that if they were Muslim, would have all been "gunned down." 

So much for the Democrat Party being the party of science.
