ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel and NBC’s The Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon denounced CBS for firing 60 Minutes correspondent Scott Pelley after his meltdown during an internal meeting where he viciously attacked his new bosses. Both alleged, with no evidence, that CBS is moving dramatically rightward while making the same quip about Pelley being replaced by Stephen Colbert’s replacement, Byron Allen.

Yesterday, Scott Pelley lectured his new 60 Minutes boss on how the network was “MURDERING” the Elitist Media’s most hallowed news magazine. In the process, he ended up committing career seppuku and has just been shown the door by CBS News.

Disney-owned ABC’s Good Morning America seethed Tuesday over Los Angeles mayoral candidate Spencer Pratt on California primary day, trashing him as a “conservative firebrand” who’s run a “provocative campaign” being such “a vocal critic” of Karen Bass for her handling of the wildfires and “draw[ing] criticism for campaign ads” and “blunt statements” about the homeless.
