ABC, CBS, and NBC popped the clutch Thursday morning and went full-speed in defending “progressive” Michigan senatorial candidate Abdul el-Sayed, brushing off the “blistering attack” by President Trump and the GOP as a distraction from “Americans’ concerns over the economy” and proof they’ve “seiz[ed] on” some of his policy views.

On Wednesday morning, the major broadcast networks of ABC, CBS, and NBC had full stories gushing over far-left Michigan senatorial candidate Abdul el-Sayed’s slight victory over Congresswoman Haley Stevens (D-MI), dubbing him a “progressive,” “self-described capitalist” who “ran on a populist platform” of “housing and education” with a side of ending U.S. “support for Israel.”

This week, the “Big Three” Networks and News Apps shielded fellow elitist liberal, Dr. Tony Fauci, largely ignoring bombshell revelations from his pandemic-era diaries released Saturday by Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) before Wednesday’s Senate hearing and, following the proceedings, promulgating Fauci’s preferred framing of a “deep, partisan,” and “fiery” affair foisted upon him by Republicans.

On Thursday, the major broadcast networks used their flagship morning news shows to throw a pity party for one of the dearly beloved overlords, former public health official Dr. Tony Fauci, bemoaning the “deep, partisan divisions” illustrated in the behavior of Republicans in discussing the COVID-19 pandemic and “a sign of the times” someone like Fauci could be ridiculed.

Wednesday’s CBS Mornings spent seven minutes and 18 seconds previewing the Senate Homeland Security Committee hearing by defending Dr. Tony Fauci on everything from closing schools to gain-of-function research in Wuhan, China, to Fauci dwelling on his stardom in 2020. All the while, accountability or admission of even a modicum of mistakes from the pandemic were nowhere to be found.

It was a split decision on Tuesday morning as NBC ended its blackout on the release of the so-called Biden tapes with a full story on Today, and CBS doubled down on its coverage from Monday night with a longer report for CBS Mornings. However, CBS Mornings neglected to continue the network’s coverage of the bombshell Fauci diary and relegated it to their streaming platform, CBS News 24/7.

On Saturday afternoon, Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) posted a bombshell series of revelations from Dr. Anthony Fauci’s personal diary ahead of Wednesday’s blockbuster Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee hearing, which showed he not only believed the origins of Covid-19 likely emanated from Communist Chinese lab in Wuhan, but reveled in the spotlight with liberal, elite media…

After all three broadcast networks covered the shocking disclosure on their Tuesday evening newscasts that New Jersey allowed 6,600 non-citizens to register to vote, Wednesday’s CBS Mornings saw no reason to share it for CBS viewers in the early hours, while ABC’s Good Morning America downplayed its significance by Trumpwashing it as something the President is taking advantage of. 

In a not-at-all-shocking development, the “Big Three” of ABC, CBS, and NBC registered their displeasure with President Trump’s Thursday night address about election integrity, ranging from rebuttals of the President’s claims to outright anger. ABC’s Good Morning America was enraged, using heated rhetoric instead of fact-checking.
