Business Gets Back to Business

Over the years, our government has expanded dramatically, all with the objective of improving our lives. Yet, with all of this, confidence that Americans express in our country and its major institutions has plummeted. Of 18 of the nation’s major institutions, per a recent Gallup survey, there are only three in which 50% or more now express a “great deal or quite a lot” of confidence.

Colbert Has to Stop Audience From Booing That Trump Is Alive

If you are a normal person, you might have missed that over the Labor Day weekend, left-wing portions of the internet were running wild with rumors that President Trump had died. Of course, these rumors were false, but on Tuesday, CBS’s Stephen Colbert still had to stop The Late Show audience from booing that fact.

MRC NEWS: Netanyahu Lauds US Journos Fighting Israel's 8th Front

The Media Research Center was represented in a major Newsmax delegation to Israel hosted by the globally recognized faith-based group Orthodox Jewish Chamber of Commerce to show solidarity with the Jewish State against the anti-Semitic propaganda by the world media. Atlantic Journo Mocks Crime Crackdown Months After Being Theft Victim

One of the hyperbolic Resist movement’s favorite reporters going back to her days with The Washington Post, Ashley Parker — who joined Laurene Powell Jobs’s The Atlantic in December — wrote a piece Friday huffing and puffing about the presence of the National Guard in Washington D.C. as part of President Trump’s efforts to address crime in the nation’s capital. Parker leveled…

Column: The Media Don’t Want to Revisit Their Russiagate Frenzy

There’s something darkly funny about liberal journalists insisting any new focus on the Russiagate frenzy of 2017-19 is a “distraction” from their current obsession over Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein. One can argue that their entire Russiagate obsession back then was a massive distraction from the actual business of America. Call it The Story That Ate Trump’s Presidency.

Trump-Deranged ABC Now Squees for Communist China

Trump Derangement Syndrome has led the legacy media to take a myriad of weird positions. In recent weeks, they’ve seemingly advocated for illegal alien criminals, and stood against fighting crime in big cities such as Washington, D.C. Now, they’ve been reduced to running puff pieces spotlighting communist China.

NYT: Rather’s CBS News Show Stood on ‘Pillars of Objective Journalism'

“Dan Rather Is Still Chasing the News” by the now-occasional New York Times reporter Jacques Steinberg was a ridiculously whitewashed profile of the still-working “journalist” Rather, who resigned in disgrace from the anchor slot at CBS Evening News after relying on phony documents to smear then-2004 Republican presidential candidate George W. Bush’s service in the Texas…

NewsBusters Podcast: Did CBS Think We’d Miss Their New Hatchet Job?

NewsBusters Associate Editor Nick Fondacaro and I were stunned by Sunday’s Face the Nation in which the show made a baffling decision to deceptively remove a key portion of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem’s answer about the alleged criminal record of illegal immigrant Kilmar Abrego Garcia. As our Bill D’Agostino wrote, this was part of a pattern of behavior from CBS News,…

On Friday morning's The National Report on NewsMax, reporter Jason Mattera presented a piece highlighting evidence that the mass shooter in Minneapolis chose to target a school in part because it was a gun-free zone, citing the Crime Prevention Research Center's Dr. John Lott.

Five Times CBS Was Caught Deceptively Editing Interviews

Yet again, the propagandists at CBS have found themselves in the midst of another deceptive editing scandal. On Sunday, the network was caught editing out the substantive portion of one of DHS Secretary Kristi Noem’s responses to a question on Face the Nation. But this incident is just the latest in CBS’s lengthy record of journalistic malfeasance. Let’s look back at some of the worst…

Moran Hints God's Purpose For His Life Is To Warn About Trump

Former ABC senior national correspondent Terry Moran was fired for tweeting all sorts of nasty things about White House domestic policy advisor Stephen Miller, including that he is a "world-class hater," and ever since then has spent his time podcasting like a prime MSNBC opinion host than a straightforward newsman. On Thursday, Moran joined A Conversation With host Philip DeFranco to…

CBS Dresses Up Lefty Blog Claiming Trump Is Killing the American Dream

Despite tough questions from fill-in co-hosts Kelly O’Grady and Ed O’Keefe, Monday’s CBS Mornings Plus chose to dedicate the “By the Way” segment — a block meant to do a deeper dive on one of the major headlines but often becomes a free block for liberal narratives — to a supposedly viral guest column from a rural Virginia factory worker lamenting the rise in cost of living and the…
