On Morning Joe, MSNBC contributor Elise Jordan says it is "shameful, shameful" of Democrat House Speaker Nancy Pelosi telling US Olympians not to protest at the Olympics in China. Richard Haass and Al Sharpton are more tempered in their remarks, saying they "respectfully disagree" with Pelosi's position. Mika Brzezinski makes no comment other than a "wow."

While claiming that he wasn't comparing Joe Biden to Neville Chamberlain, Joe Scarborough says that Chamberlain was so "desperate for peace" that he appeased Hitler, leading to WWII. Scarborough suggested that Biden might also be "desperate for peace" in suggesting at his press conference that Putin ordering a "minor incursion" of Ukraine wouldn't merit a full-blown US response. 

In a speech on voting rights to be delivered in Georgia on Tuesday, Biden boasts, "I will not yield, I will not flinch." He also implicitly accuses Republicans of being domestic "enemies." Stacey Abrams has announced that she won't attend because of a "scheduling conflict,' leading Joe Scarborough to joke about Abrams having an appointment for a car tune-up and tire rotation.
