Despite acknowledging that the media’s chosen candidate in Georgia’s special congressional election on Tuesday, Democrat Jon Ossoff, had fallen short of the 50% threshold necessary to avoid a runoff, on Wednesday, NBC’s Today touted the failed liberal effort as a near win that would send an “ominous sign” to Republicans.

After all three broadcast networks celebrated left-wing Tax Day protests over the weekend, on Monday morning, NBC’s Today and ABC’s Good Morning America continued to revel in the anti-Trump hate, touting footage of demonstrators launching nasty attacks against the President while applauding how “determined” they were to “get their message out.”

Tuesday was an, unfortunately, embarrassing day for White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer, after he made a self-admitted “blunder” while trying to compare Syria’s Bashar al-Assad to Adolf Hitler. Spicer claimed that not even Hitler used chemical weapons on his own people, even though he did during the Holocaust. Despite acknowledging Supreme Court nominee Neil Gorsuch “sailing through his confirmation hearing relatively unscathed,” on Friday’s NBC Today, correspondent Kristen Welker still carried water for the Democratic Party and offered excuses as to why Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer was going to filibuster the eminently qualified judge.

Liberal journalists on the three networks, Wednesday, dutifully did the bidding of Democratic senators trying to take down Neil Gorsuch. ABC, CBS and NBC all promoted the partisan effort to “keep [Gorsuch] on the griddle” and force the nominee to prove he’s “not a political pawn.” 

Just hours before the Senate confirmation hearing for Supreme Court nominee Neil Gorsuch was set to begin, NBC’s Today and CBS This Morning eagerly parroted Democratic talking points against President Trump’s judicial pick and promised an “intense grilling” for the federal judge as the “ugly” process got underway.

Both ABC and NBC were desperately backing calls from partisan Democrats, Monday night, to have a special prosecutor investigate the Donald Trump’s campaign for evidence of collusion with Russia. On Wednesday, NBC’s Today and CBS This Morning both hailed liberal protesters “sounding off” at congressional town hall meetings “to put the breaks on President Trump's agenda” and giving Republican lawmakers an “earful.” In 2009, the same networks warned similar public meetings were “getting out of hand” when “unruly” Tea Party demonstrators spoke out against the Obama administration.   

Monday’s network morning shows were aghast at President Trump continuing to criticize the liberal media with a Friday tweet in which he labeled them “fake news” and “the enemy of the American people.” In response, the ABC, NBC, and CBS broadcasts accused him of “declaring an all-out war on journalists” and compared Trump to Richard Nixon in the midst of Watergate.
