In a display of irresponsibility on Thursday night, MSNBC’s Hardball panel predicted with hints of approval that “Leninist” President Trump will be to blame if disease outbreaks or terror attacks occur on U.S. soil during his presidency should he shrink the size of government spending and federal bureaucracy.

Late on Tuesday’s edition of MSNBC’s Hardball, panelist and Brookings Institution fellow Susan Hennessey offered a jaw-dropping assessment that “the single biggest national security threat is climate change” as it’s been the reason behind many of the recent global tensions.

Following Attorney General Jeff Sessions’s press conference Thursday afternoon announcing he’s recusing himself from any investigation into the Russian government and the U.S. election, CBS and MSNBC threw fits that Sessions didn’t go far enough and peddled conspiracy theories that Sessions could still interfere with any federal investigation of Russian officials.

The far-left celebrity circus came out in full force on a special post-speech edition of Hardball, Tuesday. As if Bill Maher mocking a war widow as a “prop” wasn’t enough, liberal comic Kathy Griffin and director Rob Reiner both hyped impeachment conspiracy theories. Griffin speculated, “I feel like this whole crowd, they are truly going to go down.” 

Sometimes, it’s not difficult to confuse Chris Matthews. The liberal MSNBC host on Tuesday night was beside himself as video showed Donald Trump practicing his speech to Congress while waiting in a car to leave the White House. Matthews marveled, “He's lipping it! He's doing it! Look at that.” 

On Tuesday night prior to President Trump’s address to a Joint Session of Congress, MSNBC anchors Chris Matthews and Rachel Maddow joked that the impending visual of Trump being announced in the House chamber as President would be a mistake like the Best Picture flub at the Oscars. 

“He took us to the mountain tops.” “Big and bold” “He wowed us!” No, these aren’t movie critic blurbs on a movie poster praising a star actor’s performance, these were the immediate reactions from the liberal media to President Barack Obama’s first address to Congress. MSNBC’s Hardball host Chris Matthews compared White House chief strategist Steve Bannon on Thursday to Star Wars villain Darth Vader, even though “he’s a good speaker” albeit “a little strong but, you know, that’s part of the deal he’s got.”
