In recent days, liberal New York Mayor Bill de Blasio has targeted Fox News and its parent company News Corp with accusations of damaging the country. Reacting to news that the 2019 Academy Awards ceremony would be undergoing major changes in order to address poor ratings for this year’s show, on Thursday, NBC anchor Megyn Kelly offered some ideas of her own, namely that the Hollywood event drop left-wing politics from its program.

During a report for NBC’s Today show on Wednesday, Senior Investigative and Legal Correspondent Cynthia McFadden seized on Democrats accusing President Trump of violating the Constitution, recycling year-old claims about the Trump International Hotel in Washington D.C. flouting a ban on an elected officials receiving foreign payments. 

If you’re a politician with “D” at the end of your name, it grants you certain privileges from an all too friendly press.
