The Civil War Among Democrats
Chuck Schumer is running scared from his own party. He can’t even hit the road to promote his new book, “Antisemitism in America: A Warning,” for fear of protests. The Senate minority leader had to postpone his publicity tour on account of what a spokeswoman calls “security concerns.” Progressive Democrats, furious Schumer passed a Republican spending bill to avoid a government shutdown, are…

How a Black Movement About Freedom Became a Movement About Welfare
The 36 million who watched President Donald Trump’s address to Congress also watched as Congressional Black Caucus member, Rep. Al Green, shook his cane and shouted at the president. When he refused to desist, Speaker Mike Johnson ordered him removed from the chamber. Two days later, in a bipartisan vote, the House censured Green.

PBS Journo: Axing Education Dept Hurts 'Poor and People Of Color' Most
PBS News Hour White House correspondent Laura Barron-Lopez joined the Wednesday edition of CNN’s Inside Politics to freak out about President Donald Trump’s plans to close, or at least downsize, the Department of Education. As Barron-Lopez tells it, Trump is trying to privatize public education, and shuttering the department will start a domino effect that will lead states to…

MSNBC, Weingarten Claim Trump Admin Wants Students 'Ignorant'
One interesting development over the first month and a half of the Trump Administration has been the degree to which the media has deeply passionate opinions about the federal government’s bureaucratic org chart. On MSNBC’s Saturday edition of The Katie Phang Show, the eponymous host welcomed AFT president Randi Weingarten to simultaneously claim the Department of Education does not…

Kimmel: Closing Education Dept Is Trump's Plan To Make America Dumber
There is no correlation between the amount of money spent on education and education results, but according to ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel on his Thursday show, the reason why President Donald Trump wants to get rid of the Department of Education is because it will make people too dumb to criticize him.

Colbert, Buttigieg Fear For 'Soul of our Nation' After Trump Speech
CBS’s Stephen Colbert stayed up for a live show on what turned out to be Wednesday morning after President Donald Trump’s address to Congress. Colbert spent his monologue praising Rep. Al Green for getting kicked out of the House chamber and attacking Trump on everything from transgender issues to shipbuilding. Later, he would welcome former Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg to wonder, “…

DECEPTION: Soros Empire Gaslights on Connection to USAID Funding
New MRC revelations that George Soros’s own global university that he founded was getting American tax dollars completely fly in the face of his organization’s attempts to dismiss any perceived connections with the disgraced U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).

Zakaria Zings Rahm Emanuel: Blue Cities 'Are Terribly Run'
If CNN’s Fareed Zakaria is the proverbial blind squirrel, then “terribly run” Democratic cities are his nut. On the Overtime segment of HBO’s Real Time with Bill Maher, Zakaria confronted former Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel’s attempt to dodge Maher’s question of why the current mayor has an approval rating of 6.6 percent.

EVEN Chris Cillizza (Remember Him?) Thinks Dems Are Dumb to Fight DOGE
Having been laid off in December 2022 from CNN, Chris Cillizza has been free to appear elsewhere, join Substack, and…come to his senses? That seems to have been the case more recently with one example having come Wednesday night on NewsNation as he admitted he was exasperated at Democrats being willing to die on the hill of saving the federal bureaucracy from Elon Musk.

ABC News Claims Trump Axing DoE to ‘Create’ a ‘Permanent Underclass’
The liberal ladies of The View had totally measured and sane reactions, during Thursday’s show, to the Trump administration announcing they were looking to ax the government bloat at Department of Education. Not really. According to ABC News co-host Sunny Hostin, President Trump want to “create” a “permanent underclass” of “cheap labor.” And using her platform at ABC News, she…

Musk vs. The Swamp: Will He and Trump Make Real Cuts?
The Department of Government Efficiency has started making moves. The D.C. media are furious about his attempts to cut government agencies. But I take Elon Musk’s side. More efficient government has been promised often. It’s never happened. Instead, government just grew. Sen. Rand Paul showcases stupid government “investments” like the $118,000 study of finger snapping, which the National…

Pre-Inaugural NBC Rips Trump DEI Orders, ‘Toddler’ View of ‘Fairness’
In the nearly three hours of pre-inauguration coverage after Today, NBC pitched a few small fits over their party falling out of power, ranging from it being divisive that President Trump believes in there being only two genders (male and female) and opposing Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI), and comparing Trump’s definition of “fairness” to that of a “toddler.”
Why Students Are Miserable: The Coddling of the American Mind
Colleges went mad. They charge students big bucks and then make them feel guilty. My new video looks at a new documentary called “The Coddling of the American Mind.” It persuasively suggests that today, young people are anxious and depressed because “adults” at their schools brainwashed them. Students like Lucy Kross Wallace at Stanford. “I was anxious,” she says. “I felt guilty constantly. I…
Dumbing Down New Jersey Schools
Among the many laws that took effect at the beginning of this new year is one in New Jersey that will astound and should anger people with children in the state’s public schools. It’s called Act 1669 and it removes a requirement that teachers pass a basic reading, writing and math test to be eligible to teach. The law was signed by Gov. Phil Murphy (D-NJ) last June.
