On Tuesday's New Day on CNN, as California Democratic Rep. Maxine Waters appeared as a guest, host Chris Cuomo failed to challenge her hyperbolic attempts to link her Republican "right wing" opponents to the 'KKK" as he only mildly pressed her on her recent claim that she would "take Trump out tonight."

On Tuesday, all three network morning shows encouraged Tennessee Senator and outspoken Trump critic Bob Corker to step up his attacks on the President. Hosts asked the Republican lawmaker if he thought the commander-in-chief was a “threat to national security,” wondered “what’s being done about it” in Congress, and invited him to double-down on his harshest rhetoric against the President.

When they're not ignoring these matters completely, the press only usually only reluctantly notices when conservative business owners and public figures are harassed, threatened, have their property destroyed, and are sometimes even physically harmed. Beyond that, some press members seem to and sometimes actually act as if the victims should know, understand and accept that this kind of treatment…

On Monday's MTP Daily, frequent MSNBC guest Zerlina Maxwell made the latest claim of "voter suppression" perpetrated by Republicans as she ludicrously declared that voter ID laws were "making it sort of impossible" for blacks to vote in Wisconsin and Michigan. Her claim was not disputed by substitute host Steve Kornacki or either of the other two panel members.  

Sunday marked Ana Marie Cox’s last Talk interview on the back page of the New York Times Sunday Magazine. It was the usual loving treatment of a liberal. But Cox’s self-proclaimed “gentle magic” was woven solely to benefit liberal figures; Republicans were constantly bashed in her interviews with liberal figures, while House Speaker Paul Ryan was an undignified "stooge" and "media welfare queen."

On Monday morning, CNN further debased itself into the terrain of mockery, unveiling a new advertisement clearly aimed at President Trump by arguing that “some people might try to tell you” that an apple is actually a banana. The 30-second ad began airing on CNN shows and launched with great fanfare by the network, their employees, and fanboys.

While covering Republican efforts to reform the tax system and the health care industry, on Monday’s CBS This Morning, correspondent Major Garrett turned to Democrats to tear down both GOP agenda items, claiming the Trump administration tax plan was “angling to benefit the wealthy” and that the President “caved to conservatives” by maintaining his opposition to ObamaCare subsidies.

Why the collective liberal media yawn on the multi-headed Democratic scandals surfacing everywhere except on their pages and airwaves? It's not that the stories are too far-fetched and thin to interest self-respecting journalists, because they are real, damning and supported by sufficiently credible evidence to warrant serious attention and scrutiny.
