What I imagine is a prison cell in New York, as close to ground zero as possible. There he would receive the best medical care that our western technology could provide. I'd want him to live a long long time. Partially this would demonstrate to the world that we treat even our enemies with human dignity, but mostly because I want him to stick around and see how badly he failed...
