On the December 15 Reliable Sources, CNN's Brian Stelter insisted "There is a lack of courage from GOP leaders right now. I'm talking about Mitch McConnell, Kevin McCarthy and others turning down almost every single TV request they receive."
He added: "You know, McConnell went on Hannity this week to reassure to Trump, but he is not doing TV. Neither are most of the GOP leaders. There's a fear of going anywhere but Fox. It shows a lack of courage."
Stelter has admitted you won't see Nancy Pelosi or Chuck Schumer doing Fox... and Schumer does about as much TV as Harry Reid did -- next to nothing these days, which was not Schumer's pattern on the way up to leadership.
But Republicans have a lot more networks to be concerned about, and Sunday hosts like Chuck Todd actually yell at Republican guests. Even so, Republicans can be found almost every Sunday on these programs. Take a look at the Republican guests since September 1 on the top Sunday shows.
