Mitt Romney is leading Barack Obama in swing state newspaper endorsements by the score of eleven to eight.
According to Poynter, Romney has received five endorsements in Florida to Obama's two, one in Iowa to Obama's none, two in Nevada to Obama's none, one in New Hampshire to Obama's none, two in Ohio to Obama's three, and one in Virginia to Obama's none.
Obama has received one in Colorado to Romney's none, and two in North Carolina to Obama's none.
Also of note, at least seven papers that endorsed Obama in 2008 have backed Romney this year while only two papers that were for McCain have gone for the Democrat.
