On Friday’s edition of Morning Joe, Mika Brzezinski shared her shock when found out she might be raising a young republican, but her evidence is a little suspect. “I noticed this when my daughter was twelve she started to become selfish and money grubbing… And I said, “oh my gosh, I got a Republican in the family.””
Brzezinski shared here revelation when Joe Scarborough and panelist Nicole Wallace were asking meteorologist Bill Karins questions about the approaching blizzard. The questions were in regards to their personal travel and preparedness for the winter weather. “When should Mika—and Nicole all flee to Connecticut?” asked Scarborough.
“You guys are the most—you must be republican. Selfish,” joked Brzezinski. Scarborough retorted, “You know what we call it? We call it personal responsibility and loving Jesus… and America”
On a serious note, safe travels and have a safe weekend to those in the path of the blizzard.

BILL KARINS: Joe, do you have a question?
JOE SCARBOROUGH: Yeah, I do. I'm wondering about New York City. Does it seems like the top of the storm hits New York City and if you're up in Westchester or let's say Connecticut, should you just stay up in Connecticut or Westchester?
KARINS: The further north you are the better.
SCARBOROUGH: The further north you are the better.
KARINS: You’ll have minor impacts.
NICOLE WALLACE: And what time should you get there? Sorry, personal weather.
SCARBOROUGH: We have another Connecticut resident.
MIKA BRZEZINSKI: You guys are the most—you must be republican. Selfish.
SCARBOROUGH: When should Mika—and Nicole all flee to Connecticut?
KARINS: Connecticut looks like snow will be starting probably about mid-morning Saturday and maybe til about Saturday night. That's your window.
SCARBOROUGH: Branford—
KARINS: That’s like the lowest impact anywhere.
SCARBOROUGH: Lowest impact. He just sent Mika to break. Actually it’s Mika to Branford Connecticut.
BRZEZINSKI: Thank you. Alright. Oh gosh. Selfish! Republicans. I noticed this when my daughter was twelve she started to become selfish and money grubbing.
WALLACE: I’m selfish with forecasts.
BRZEZINSKI: And I said, “oh my gosh, I got a republican in the family.”
SCARBOROUGH: You know what we call it? We call it personal responsibility and loving Jesus. Okay.
BRZEZINSKI: We’ll be right back.
SCARBOROUGH: And America.
