The results of the Worst Media Quote of the Week are in and the winner is…
Don Lemon!
The former CNN ran away from the competition with 74 percent of the vote. Lemon took first place for declaring that the church he invaded, practiced a form of Christianity that comes from “white supremacy.” Former CNN correspondent Jim Acosta came in second place with 16 percent. Finishing last was former reality show host and current I’ve Had It podcaster Jennifer Welch at 10 percent.
