The pro-Israel group HonestReporting.com has reported on BBC footage of what appears to be a Palestinian man pretending to be injured so he can be carried away in front of cameras, as the man appears in another part of the video walking around obviously uninjured.
Past conflicts between the Israeli military and the Palestinians have been notorious for examples of Palestinian cameramen or journalists presenting staged images of violence to be used as propaganda against Israel, the most infamous of which was the Mohammed al-Dura hoax of September 2000 during the Second Intifada, which was repeatedly presented in America's dominant news media.
Complete video of the BBC segment in which the man, wearing a beige jacket, can be seen at two different points in the footage, can be found here, and a shortened version here.
