Missouri AG WARNS on Biden ‘Swamp Rats’ Collusion with Big Tech Ahead of 2024 Elections

Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey took a victory lap after an appellate court rebuked a Biden-led agency’s apparent role in violating the First Amendment.

Bailey eviscerated the deep state censors on Fox News’s Ingraham Angle on Wednesday when he talked about his most recent win – the newly amended injunction in the Missouri v. Biden case.

Notably, the landmark lawsuit cited exclusive research from MRC Free Speech America’s CensorTrack.org database and marked a major victory for the First Amendment. The new injunction now blocks the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) from coercing Big Tech platforms to censor content.

“It's a sewer of D.C. swamp rats, and they are gnawing at our freedom,” Bailey said of the unelected bureaucrats trying to control free speech. “That's election interference at its worst, and the American public suffered for it,” the state attorney general warned.

Bailey’s critical comments came after he successfully filed a motion requesting that the federal appellate court expand an earlier injunction, which already barred the White House, the FBI and the Surgeon General from conspiring with Big Tech. In response, the Biden regime argued that it was merely fighting what Fox News host Laura Ingraham described as “online hoaxes”, but Bailey had none of it. “That's ridiculous,” he stated. “We are fighting to protect our First Amendment right to free speech. These are D.C. swamp rats that inhabit the sewer of the administrative state.”

When asked which agencies he thinks are involved, Bailey blasted what he described as a “vast censorship enterprise.” Specifically, he said, “It starts at the White House, it moves across the Department of Justice, to the FBI, the CDC, the Surgeon General and now the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency.”

“Think about that for a second,” the Republican attorney general told Ingraham. “This is an agency intended to protect computer data and breaches and bridges. [CISA Director Jen Easterly] has said there is neurological infrastructure as well. She wants to control what you think, what you say, what you hear, and they are doing that on Big Tech by censoring us.”

Bailey drew comparisons between Big Tech’s role in the 2020 election and the looming 2024 election cycle. Referring to the administrative state, Bailey noted that the censorship is “certainly being weaponized against President Trump today as well, and we are moving into another election cycle.” Later in the interview, he added, “We’ve got to build a wall of separation between tech and state. This lawsuit’s our best way of doing that.”
